Our aimBring Me Lunch apply strict criteria to ensure that we only work with the best locally based catering companies. You can order with the confidence that your lunch will be freshly made on the day you order using the finest ingredients. Once you have placed an order on the site a confirmation e-mail will be dispatched to your nominated account. You will not be able to amend the order through the website once it has been submitted. You should contact the vendor directly using the telephone or e-mail contact details provided in the confirmation e-mail and shown on the vendor’s menu. The Bring Me Lunch website is registered with the Safebuy Scheme. Click on the Safebuy logo on the left-hand panel for more information. Safebuy provide a mediation service for you to use at no charge. Bring Me Lunch aims to ensure that office workers across the country have access to the benefits that ordering lunch on-line brings. If you are not able to get a service in your area but would like to, please let us know at enquiries@bringmelunch.org.uk. We always do our best to reply to your messages within 3 working days. RefundsIf you are not happy with your order for any reason, you should contact your lunch provider to let them know, using the telephone or e-mail contact details provided in the confirmation e-mail and shown on the vendor’s menu. If you are unable to resolve your complaint with the vendor directly please address your complaint to enquiries@bringmelunch.org.uk, or alternatively using the contact details below. Under some circumstances refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. PaymentsAll payments are processed by Worldpay, an industry leading secure payment provider. We do not collect or store any payment information on our website. Payment optionsEach time we process a transaction for a customer with Worldpay we incur a fee, which can be high in relation to small value transactions.
